Service

RevenueSignal measures public online visibility, recommends changes and repeats selected tests. The customer or its authorized provider controls and publishes changes to websites and third-party accounts unless a separate written scope says otherwise.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, AI recommendations, leads, sales and revenue depend on third parties and market conditions. Audits, priorities and revenue scenarios are based on samples and stated assumptions and are not guarantees.

Founding subscription

The founding plan is $395 per month, billed in advance on a month-to-month basis, with no setup fee for the first five customers. A customer may cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Except where required by law or stated in writing, fees already paid are nonrefundable.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, review recommendations, obtain any necessary internal approvals and maintain account security. RevenueSignal does not require account passwords for the founding service.

Third-party services

Search engines, map listings, review platforms, AI systems, hosting providers and payment processors are operated by third parties. RevenueSignal is not responsible for their availability, policies or independent changes.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity or submit information they are not authorized to provide.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenueSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Any direct liability relating to a paid service is limited to the fees the customer paid for that service during the preceding three months.
